The Shops at West End

The Shops at West End is known as a “lifestyle center,” a mixed-use project that combines the traditional retail functions of a shopping mall with leisure amenities. The 18-acre site near the intersection of Interstate 394 and Highway 100 includes a movie theater, retail stores, office space, restaurants, underground parking and above-ground parking ramps.

We were awarded the early phases of geotechnical exploration, and provided geotechnical engineering during the design development phases. We then provided special inspections, environmental evaluations and building sciences services during project construction.
