PROPERTY CONDITION ASSESSMENTS

Property and Building Condition Assessments (PCAs) support your investment.
When considering the purchase of a new or existing property, performing a Property Condition Assessment is a good way to understand the general condition of the property you are considering for purchase. Generally, a PCA consists of a walk through, visual review and documentation of existing building components. We conduct PCAs in accordance with ASTM E2018.

Often, prospective owners, lenders and facility management staff are interested in PCA results as a part of the real estate due diligence process prior to purchasing or underwriting a purchase. We often perform PCAs together with our Phase I environmental site assessments to see if there is the potential for past contamination on site. When you have special property requirements, we work with you to modify components of our PCA services in the following areas:
